Epic Flooring LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. We are hiring for both flooring installation and general flooring labor positions. Whether you have experience installing flooring or are looking to learn a skilled trade, we welcome applicants who take pride in their work and are motivated to grow with our company. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and position. Flooring laborers will assist with preparing job sites, removing existing flooring, moving materials and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping installers complete projects. Flooring installers will be responsible for installing flooring materials, completing installation tasks efficiently and professionally, and maintaining quality workmanship. Qualifications Candidates should be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions and work well with a team. The position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to job sites is required. Previous flooring or construction experience is preferred for installer positions but is not required for laborer positions. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. Compensation and Opportunities Pay ranges from $17–$18 per hour for general laborers and $19–$25 per hour for experienced flooring installers, depending on qualifications and skill level. The pay is also based on performance & experience and can be negotiated based on what we see!
