Role Title: Locum Tenens Hospitalist

Role Type: Contractor
Location: United States, Remote

We are seeking experienced Locum Tenens Hospitalists to review adult inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for an AI training project, ensuring clinical accuracy, consistency, and quality.

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes.
• Verify clinical information and claims against medical documentation.
• Evaluate inpatient documentation, including HPI, medical history, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments, and care plans.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information, including renal- and hepatic-adjusted dosing, medication interactions, and age-appropriate clinical details.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, or an Internal Medicine Hospital Medicine focused practice designation.
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient workflows, including admissions, daily progress notes, care transitions, and discharge.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.

Preferred: Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding and quality assurance.

• Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications.
• Work time may vary depending on experience and workflow.
• Minimum weekly task submission requirements apply.
