Empowering students throughout their academic journey, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will manage a portfolio of students from enrollment to graduation, providing personalized guidance and resources while engaging in multi-channel communication. Key responsibilities: Manage and coach assigned students through proactive outreach and support Guide students in interpreting academic requirements and creating term-specific academic plans Document and track all student interactions and progression using a Customer Relations Management system Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution One year of relevant work experience in customer service with high inbound/outbound phone volume Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong time management and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
